Once an order has been placed, we will contact you via email for artwork approval. Each order will be processed upon the customer’s approval of the artwork. Majority of our orders received are processed and dispatched within 7 business days.

*For Name Cards order, we do Door-to-door delivery at a flat rate of $15 (inclusive of GST) because we're unable to fit in Smartpac box.

Delivery fee via Singpost Smartpac are fixed at a flat rate of $8 (inclusive of GST).

Orders are delivered on business days only via SingPost Smart Pac. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. We will notify you by email once your item/s had been posted with the SingPost tracking number. Once posted, your items can be tracked at  https://www.singpost.com/track-items , just enter your tracking number to check item status.

Unfortunately, Name Cards Online Singapore is not able to ship internationally.

For items like flyers, tent cards, greeting cards and bookmarks we ship it via SingPost Smartpac which will take 2-3 working days to reach to your place.
