Artwork/ Logo/ Image Guidelines:
• All artwork must be in either pdf, ai or eps format.
• All artwork must be done in actual name card size 90 x 54mm.
• All artwork must be in high resolution 300dpi.
• All texts must create outline or convert to path to avoid missing fonts once we open your file.
• All images must be embed to avoid missing links once we open your file.
We will email the artworks once you place the order.
For multiple attachments and other file format like ai, eps, cdr, Word or Excel please email it to us at sales@namecardsonline.com.sg after placing your order.
CONFIRMATION OF ARTWORK:
• Please confirm spelling, text arrangement, colour and style of the artwork. Once confirmed we will not be responsible for any error occured.
• Maximum amendment for each artwork is only 2 times. After 2nd amendment, please provide your own design to us in either ai or pdf file.
• It is recommended that customer print an actual-size proof in A4 paper size before confirming an order. Please sign and send back to us.
Otherwise, we take the email as confirmation.
COLOUR MATCHING:
• The color / material image on PC screen may still change after actual production. The above proof are a visual approximation only.
• We print in CMYK colours only. We will not be responsible for any colour dispute matters when file given is in Pantone or RGB colour codes.
